Jason Huett, CEO | CMO
Business Broker
Jason grew up in Fitchburg, Wisconsin, graduated from Verona Area High School, and earned a Bachelor of Business (BBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an emphasis in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. During college, Jason taught martial arts and competed nationally in the Blackbelt Mens' Division which later led him to securing a spot on the elite-level Power Ranger's Live Tour.

After completing three years as a professional stuntman in Hollywood, Jason moved back to his hometown and launched Kicks Unlimited — a multi-location chain of martial arts schools serving more than 10,000 students during his tenure. Since that time, he has operated businesses in the fitness, technology, real estate, consulting and marketing industries and has assumed pivotal roles such as Head of Marketing and fractional Chief Marketing Officer for companies across the U.S. and U.K.
His tenure as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) has afforded him a distinctive edge over conventional commercial brokerage firms that rely solely on brokerage websites or the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for their transactions — activities which are passive in nature.
Instead, he has harnessed cutting-edge technology, many of the same the tools utilized by large Fortune 500 companies to enhance the business brokering experience for his clients.
